 Through my artistry + musicianship, I hold the intention to invite you into contact with your memories, visions, and unique histories. I am committed to creating experiences that encourage individuality and living with awake consciousness.

At University I received a BA in Theatre Arts and Classics + Archeology, and continue to study ancient history. I weave the thread of ancient culture, art, and a present connection to our natural world into everything I do. 

Most recently I was featured at the acclaimed 

Esalen Institute's January 2025 

"Go Within Winter Series" 

along with artists Snow Raven and Rising Appalachia.

I live on a ranch in Sequoia Forest

where I am recording new music, working as a Reiki Practitioner, and loving on many dogs and cats.
