My Reiki Practice USUI/HOLY FIRE Ⅲ Practitioner
Like music, energy work has long been a tool for transformation, clarity, and returning to self in our histories as people. Reiki is a modern healing technique rooted in our ancient wisdom. Reiki is gentle, intelligent, and deeply restorative.
After studying with Reiki masters in both homes, the East and West coast, I am a certified Usui / Holy Fire Ⅲ Reiki practitioner - a union of two powerful Reiki systems. Usui Reiki, founded by Mikao Usui, is the original Japanese system. Holy Fire Reiki brings in a higher frequency of healing that supports deep emotional release and spiritual alignment. Together, they form a potent healing current, and I am so humbled and honored to share it with you.
As your practitioner, though I use my learned techniques and strong intuition, Reiki is not something I do to you — it is a healing frequency I channel for you. Every session begins with preparing and protecting the space. I enter a meditative state and attune fully to the Reiki frequency. From that moment on, I am in quiet, communication with Reiki energy. I am not leading — I am listening. Reiki guides, and I follow, knowing where to go, what to clear, and how to support you. My presence is steady, focused, and completely in service of your highest healing. You can release, fully. I will hold the rest.

While Reiki is the foundation, I like to incorporate my studies of astrology, human design, the chakra system, and holistic medicine. These tools help me understand your energetic blueprint and respond with precision. Each session begins with a custom breath work + meditation, you will also receive a recorded file of this practice! There is a birth chart reading option for my sessions as well, where I will immerse myself in your chart before we meet, and you and I will explore how your astrology relates to your chakra balance and our current transits. These modalities are woven in to support the process and can be a valuable aspect of guidance after our session.
My work is deeply intuitive, attuned to your full energetic landscape. Each session is a partnership between you, Reiki, and the language of your pure energy body.
Reiki is non-invasive and can be offered with or without physical touch and from a distance (my online option)! Reiki supports the harmony of your chakra system, the release of energetic blockages, strengthens your intuition, clears emotional residue, reduces stress, and restores clarity and alignment. Reiki has brought me in touch with the deepest self-love and belonging I have ever known, and I bring this reverence to our sessions. Reiki is a soft, powerful returning — a remembering into harmony with your truest self.
